I got sent this testimonial from a Melbourne psychotherapist (that really gets it) a week ago.
I’ll let Syd speak eloquently for herself about this work.
“Iāll try not to say too much, because I could easily talk at length about my deep respect, fascination for, and envy of Trevorās unique and incredible sense for restoration of the human psyche/soul/body.
Trevor has a canny ability to notice the most subtle internal defensive manoeuvres and draw you back to presence. He has harnessed and organised this ability into an idiosyncratic and rigorous modality that was for me both deeply relaxing and exacting at the same time.
3 hours flew by and Trevorās focus and presence did not waver. That alone is remarkable! Inside myself, my inner landscape danced with sensation, emotion, and symbolic representation.
I felt myself to be integrating lost powers, transforming wounds, freeing up space, sharpening my awareness, and expanding the notion of what it means to be me, and to be human.
Then for weeksāmonthsāactually, ever sinceāI have continued to integrate this experience… or maybe, rather, to grow into it.
There is no-one whose practice has inspired me more. I am deeply grateful to have heard about Trevor and have the opportunity to experience his work.
But it must be noted: Trevor cannot ~heal~ anyone all by himself.
He will instead (and rightfully, I think) expect you to take full responsibility and learn from him how to heal yourself. It is not easy, and not exactly comfortable.
If you have rigid ideas (or ideals) about how healing should look and feel, or how a person should be a person, I would still (and perhaps even more strongly) recommend Trevorās approach, but recognise that you may not (yet) be ready or willing to appreciate it⦠A radical trust of Trevor and your own spirit is required to make the most of this strong and advanced magic.”
