The danger of these kinds of treatments can be that the therapist bring their own garbage into the session, or impose their own ideas, with an assumption that whatever they perceive must be real.

Trevor did not do this. Instead, he guided the session, physically, energetically and verbally, offering suggestions in each realm simply for me to consider and take on board, or not, as I saw fit. This was all wrapped with moments of humor, and moments of deep profound insight, leading to rather unexpected realms of personal transformation and reorientation. Some of the effect was immediately apparent, with sensory awareness and relaxation increasing considerably in areas of my body suffering from being hidden in atrophy/tension, and some of the effect I'm sure will play out over the next little while as memories and reminders of orientations to consider as I go about my day to day life.

Trevor is a very skilled bioenergetic release therapy and psychosomatic body-mind work healer. His skilled, unique techniques of working with specific acupressure points combined with psychosomatic coaxing, if you will, enabled me to shift and release some stuck and held energetic (and physical) tensions within my body and psyche. Trevor was able to quickly create an environment of trust and a space that felt safe to release whatever came up- tears, laughter, random body/nervous system releasing twitches and jolts... I would describe his work as incredibly perceptive soft-tough love...he knew when to encourage, and when to back off; he is extremely intuitive with reading one's held patterns and one's, well, "armor"...we all have our own versions of protective "armor" that we carry around in this world, and Trevor has a capacity to recognize this and assist one in shifting through these patterns, toward allowing the body to reset and restore. Just from one 2 hour session I found myself walking out feeling blissed, blessed and grounded.

I've happened upon this beautiful painting for the 1st time in about 25 years the other day.
This painting is very synchromystical, totemic and full of affirmed reverence for me

The last time I layed eyes on this painting 25 years ago, I was journeying quite openly and ecstatically with a very big bag of Salvia Divinorum leaf around Gadigal and Bidjigal land (Maroubra Beach).
A strong 'astral' plant medicine traditionally used by the Mazatec people of Oaxaca from memory.

This plant reoriented me like no other.
It's extrasensory (beyond the veil) perception qualities rival the space~time~energy 'recapitulations' of high dose San Pedro.

So, somewhat opened and altered, I swam in the ocean as the sun was starting to set.
It was the first time in my life where I had zero sensation or concept of wetness, and complete sensation of energetic ~ electromagnetic 'landscapes', as literal 'body' of water.

It was profound to say the least, and I possibly glimpsed what it was actually like to be a shark or a fish.
Wetness, became moot or irrelevant.
I was perceiving literal energetic landscapes. That had contours, variable densities, form and flux.
Some of that learning I utilise to this day, to listen to the ocean inside people's bodies, our blood.

Feeling (in)complete in that lesson or blessing, I then decided to leave this so called oceanic energy~scape and walk through some bush up to a clearing to checkout an oncoming storm.

With or without psychadelics, this giant storm over yonder was utterly mesmerising.
It had four giant separate but spirallic layers (or stories) to its morphic structure.

Between each layer was a bright purple pink core, totally glowing with the help of the setting sun.
I somehow intuited, with little doubt I was beholding some kind of 'God', a form of self organising sentience all but lost to the reductionistic modern human.

Happy new year... or breath, or cup of tea, or friends, or even an opportune rupture and repair with your neighbour, or maybe just a morning shower whilst hot water is giveth and taketh away by housemates, or it could be waking up rapturously to a rarely glimpsed cat bird, meowing loud love and lust through the land that animates us all.

Gifted, wounded, determined, cunning, adventurous peoples have started messaging me about my availability to work with them.

So I guess that is my cue, by the grace of tech bro algorithms, to announce my availability in the Northern Rivers practising 'BioEnergetically Tracked Psychotherapy', and of course my somewhat unique and eco - psycho - cultural - somatically versed 'BioEnergetic Dearmouring' in Mullumbimby (NSW Aust) from this week.

I'm personally spawned from a time when 'the virtual world' and 'the physical world' were separate entities.
Nowadays the virtual is woven intricately with the physical.
Especially if our subconscious is cognitively entrenched in a hyper-commodified feedback loop with news~social media corporations, such as this one... Things are only gonna get weirder, wilder, polarised (especially secular vs religious clashes), hero worshipping, nastier and disaster capitalist this year.

Mutual cyclic vibrations, spirallic layerings of shared instinct.

Rapid neural firing, always missing, across echo chambered virtual enemy lines.
