Happy new year… or breath, or cup of tea, or friends, or even an opportune rupture and repair with your neighbour, or maybe just a morning shower whilst hot water is giveth and taketh away by housemates, or it could be waking up rapturously to a rarely glimpsed cat bird, meowing loud love and lust through the land that animates us all.
Gifted, wounded, determined, cunning, adventurous peoples have started messaging me about my availability to work with them.
So I guess that is my cue, by the grace of tech bro algorithms, to announce my availability in the Northern Rivers practising ‘BioEnergetically Tracked Psychotherapy’, and of course my somewhat unique and eco – psycho – cultural – somatically versed ‘BioEnergetic Dearmouring’ in Mullumbimby (NSW Aust) from this week.

Big transitional times we are currently in.
Don’t necessarily believe, and in turn feed everything you see or hear this year…

I’m personally spawned from a time when ‘the virtual world’ and ‘the physical world’ were separate entities.
Nowadays the virtual is woven intricately with the physical.
Especially if our subconscious is cognitively entrenched in a hyper-commodified feedback loop with news~social media corporations, such as this one… Things are only gonna get weirder, wilder, polarised (especially secular vs religious clashes), hero worshipping, nastier and disaster capitalist this year.
So I encourage gently dropping out of the polarising mind, into deeper vaster older centres churning in unison below our skulls, where practical and beneficial, for all our relations.

We are in what some history cycle theorists call “The 4th Turning”, where every 80 years, like clockwork, shit gets somewhat “real”, somewhat intense.
Culture gets composted and renewed. It is usually ‘not pretty’.
In this case it is said to (painfully and/or violently) ‘turn’ between 2023 and 2030 AD…
Cracks appear in all the interwoven systems that maintain the collective ideologies and mythologies of civilisation.
Our neuro-biologies are not separate from these systems. They are civically intrinsic.
Narcissistic, schizoidal traits fueling meta-paranoia (demonology) skyrockets as preludes and fuels for all kinds of subterfuge, various types of war and hysteria.
Maybe quietly checking what we are actually feeding within, through our indignance levels is helpful, before dismissively or conformatively presuming we ‘know’ what is going on…
For me, this is the moment in history where we leave our unhelpful ego constructs at the door, and get our own personal witchcraft on, to make the most of the increasingly widening cracks in this rapacious economic system.
In my opinion, sensuously fostering a capacity to reenchant this world where possible is now vital.
It can be helpful to have an internal non performative flowing~stillness practise, to not let other people, their projections, deflections etc knock us out of our own sensory centre (our anchoring) so instantly or easily too.
If we’re defaulting to reactive, indignant, fight \ flight states, (in my experience from countless years of tracking this in thousands of body~minds), we are by definition, easy to manipulate.
It doesn’t ultimately matter how ‘awake’ you are, if you’re subtly retraumatising yourself, you are the system…
Easy to propagandise.
Easy to terrorise.
Easy to covertly militarise.
Easy to nudge in whatever direction powers (we dont really comprehend) want.
I assist and teach people with various kinds of trauma, wounding, victimhood, extractive / oppressive enculturation patterns… how to tangibly come back ‘home’, to their evolutionary ancestral intelligence, without falling into endless hypervigilance and maladaptive defense constrictions and illness.
This evolutionary intelligence (home) has been through far worse than our personal lives.
I nowadays have no doubt that personally and collectively embodying, taking response-ability for our reactions, and essentially getting out of our own way, tills the soils for an ecologically intact culture to self organise and emerge.
If we choose to check out from life, self entitle and leave everything up to ‘technocracy’, it veritably reaps and consumes what it sews.
I nowadays witness countless embodied human constellations weave themselves into healing and release states, both inside and outside of the techno-industrialist cultural norms that are choking this earth that animates us.
However, relative to what is collectively possible, we have barely begun…
Like empathic fire forging new cause-ways through sociopathic ice… We are all vital, affective, implicit and necessary.
The next 5 years (the 4th turning) is when our own embodied witchcraft MUST rise… So…
