I’ve had countless powerful mind~body altering and restructuring experiences with so many courageous humans all around Australia, and occasionally, overseas.

More and more, the people I work with are bringing awareness, challenge, unfixated determination and reckoning to their relational fields (lives).

Not just to the looping narratives that drive their so called ‘trauma patterns’, but also to the behavioural norms policing and desensitising through our societal commodity structures.

When the self policed norms are surrendered in tandem with the skewed looping narratives, I’ve experienced far deeper ‘trapped charge’ consistently release / repattern / reanimate in everyone I work with.

It’s frustrating how few therapists and/or healers, really address the collective commoditised field within the individual. Every group or individual session with me, is an un-learning experience in this.
The more we comprehend what our shadow actually is, the less our shadows blindly drive this ecologically bereft culture.
