A few weeks back I had the pleasure of having Trevor Wills work his craft on me. Words do not really explain well how... it went but I will try.

The danger of these kinds of treatments can be that the therapist bring their own garbage into the session, or impose their own ideas, with an assumption that whatever they perceive must be real.

Trevor did not do this. Instead, he guided the session, physically, energetically and verbally, offering suggestions in each realm simply for me to consider and take on board, or not, as I saw fit. This was all wrapped with moments of humor, and moments of deep profound insight, leading to rather unexpected realms of personal transformation and reorientation. Some of the effect was immediately apparent, with sensory awareness and relaxation increasing considerably in areas of my body suffering from being hidden in atrophy/tension, and some of the effect I'm sure will play out over the next little while as memories and reminders of orientations to consider as I go about my day to day life.

Trevor is a wizard of words and touch. My experience of the session is hard to explain in words as what he holds space... for your body to ‘do’ (or ‘undo’) is on such a deep sensational level that words don’t quite grasp onto it - which is indeed part of the magic of this. If you get the chance to work with Trev, I recommend that you take it. He is a very rare, special and unique... practitioner, capable of things that most practitioners are not.

Trev was able to accurately identify the depth and quality of my presence in my own body far beyond any other practitioner I've worked with (and I've worked with many).

He was also able to communicate to me, giving me verbal feedback, clearly, to direct me back into presence, again and again and again, until the patterns of presence began to stabilise within my body.

I now have an embodied understanding of how to tap into innate wisdom that is... just... so special. Wow!

He really takes this further than anyone else around.

This was a profound experience for me. Probably more profound over the following days after my session with Trevor. My... understanding of how much emotion I had held in my body has grown immensely. I have released so much baggage that had become normalised to me which I had forgotten I held in my body at a cellular level. There is more work to do and I really look forward to doing it because the effort to reward ratio is immense. In addition to healing a lot of trauma my session also relieved some muscular pains that I had been experiencing. Over the last 5 years I’ve explored a wide variety of modalities in search for some kind of relief of pain and to... regain some movement in my right shoulder.

Event though they all gifted me something, none of them “healed” my shoulder.

I slowly came to the realisation that my body is the key and that only through deep listening, I could slowly start to shift this.

Trevor helped me to slow down, feel and drop into my body’s natural healing state. The combination of his touch and words enabled me to access my body’s ancient wisdom. A place where healing naturally occurs.

I have been receiving treatments from Trevor over the past 7-8 years now. Trevor's offerings have always been... enormously effective, profound, powerful and unique.

He truly is a rare breed among energy/body workers. His capacity to seamlessly fuse a deep sensitivity to one's somatic experience of trauma with a broader integrative ecological perspective never ceases to amaze me.

Trevor's treatments have allowed me among other things, to fathom the depth to which my body and sub-conscious mind are sponges to the myriad of ecological 'influences' surrounding me as I move through the world. Somehow even a 5☆ rating feels inadequate for a review. WOW! What just happened??!!!.

I am in the process of deconstructing how colonialism has impacted me on a psychospiritual and psychosomatic level and... was lucky enough to recently meet Trevor Wills. I had a session with him yesterday and it was profound. I was astounded at his ability to intuit what I was processing and I was inspired by his breadth of knowledge and understanding about the sociopolitical/personal decolonisation process I'm in.

I recently saw Trevor after being recommended by a trusted friend. I didn’t know what to expect but have to say it was... nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. I had the honor of being introduced to the work of Trevor Wills through a friend of a friend, and decided to give his... work a try. I am so glad I took the plunge into the unknown with his work...

Trevor is a very skilled bioenergetic release therapy and psychosomatic body-mind work healer. His skilled, unique techniques of working with specific acupressure points combined with psychosomatic coaxing, if you will, enabled me to shift and release some stuck and held energetic (and physical) tensions within my body and psyche. Trevor was able to quickly create an environment of trust and a space that felt safe to release whatever came up- tears, laughter, random body/nervous system releasing twitches and jolts... I would describe his work as incredibly perceptive soft-tough love...he knew when to encourage, and when to back off; he is extremely intuitive with reading one's held patterns and one's, well, "armor"...we all have our own versions of protective "armor" that we carry around in this world, and Trevor has a capacity to recognize this and assist one in shifting through these patterns, toward allowing the body to reset and restore. Just from one 2 hour session I found myself walking out feeling blissed, blessed and grounded.
